1. Dispatch your parcels
Preparing your parcels for dispatch is very easy. You can use our free-of-charge dispatch software called Parcelware. Parcelware does the job for you. It enables you to pre-alert parcels, print labels and if needed manage your customs documents. Do you prefer to use your own software system? No problem, we can accommodate your requirements. We offer you either possibilities to consolidate parcels in Kolding or direct line haul services to our sorting centre in the Netherlands. Please contact your account management team for more information. 3. Distribution to your international destination We scan and sort your parcels and then feed them into our international transportation network to their final destinations. Our integrated transportation and distribution network guarantees that your parcels are delivered quickly and efficiently to any destination in the world. 4. Full Track & Trace If you would like to follow your parcel to its final destination, you can use our online Track & Trace system. Not at home Most deliveries succeed after the first delivery attempt. Should your customer not be at home, no problem, we’ll try again. If this is not successful, we offer several services to make sure your customer receives the item at a time or location that is most convenient.
